• Is responsible for the receipt of incoming material from external suppliers as well as other Baker Hughes factories and field locations.
• Loading and unloading cargo using a forklift or Combi-lift (in order to qualify for this position, you will need to have a heavy vehicle driving license granted by the Saudi government as well as pass a driving test and exam administered by a Baker Hughes-approved third-party vendor).
• Open boxes that are part of incoming cargo, undertake visual inspection and documentation, including a check of the serial numbers and batch numbers, and carry out good receipt in SAP.
• In accordance with the requirements, prepare the received physical material and paperwork for submission to the quality department.
• Print labels, as well as physically assign a place, and do it in SAP for each newly received cargo while keeping the FIFO idea in mind.
• Materials in stock that have been received, as well as finished goods and assemblies produced in-house
• Transports materials, components, and finished goods to the Production or Shipping areas after having picked them up.
• Is responsible for cycle counts. Performs tasks related to the production of component kits, including the fulfillment of orders and the subcontracting of parts to suppliers.
• You are responsible for performing wrapping on fully built tools as well as semi-finished components before storing them in the warehouse or sending them out to the customer.
Requirements Needed • A high school diploma or college degree, along with a minimum of two years experience working in a warehouse or store role (ideally in the Manufacturing industry).
