What you are going to be doing is:
At all times, be sure to check the WiFi coverage and quality.
Assist users of computers in operating their respective workstations (software Environment, Email.)
To configure and install the hardware of computers as well as the software that runs on them
Ensure that the Terminal equipment Installation is operating well in accordance with Accor IT standards
Do out responsibilities relating to maintenance and troubleshooting on computer installations
Report any problems with the installation as well as any questions or concerns from users to his superior.
Making suggestions for workable solutions, as well as determining whether or not new systems, upgrades,
or configurations are required, and reporting their findings to higher management.
Provide personnel with training on both software and hardware, as well as troubleshooting and technical
help when it is required
