Candidates for the post of Branch Manager at MCB must be highly qualified and highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic based on hard work and devotion.
A Quick Summary of Duties for a Branch Manager
To maximize sales in order to meet the branch's multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances, and profit), with a focus on strengthening existing relationships and finding new business opportunities, all while maintaining quality service and efficient operational controls in order to minimize all risks through a focus on Know Your Customer/Know Your Customer Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer Anti-Money Laundering, SBP, and Internal Policies, Processes, and Credit Manual/Circulars.
Creating and executing a sales strategy aimed at strengthening current partnerships and exploring untapped markets in order to meet the branch's ambitious, measurable goals (deposits, advances, profit)
All front-line employees should be trained and encouraged to improve their technical and fundamental skills. Guide them in accordance with the sales strategy to increase revenue.
Credit proposal assessment, advice, and referral, as well as asset-related issue monitoring and management.
Maintaining satisfied customers requires strict adherence to the Service Management Program, which may be achieved via the timely and effective handling of customer complaints and the continuous evaluation and enhancement of relevant procedures and assets.
Make sure the branch's financial goals are accomplished by controlling expenses and maximizing income through "good selling" and identifying and fixing revenue leaks.
Experience Requirement:
Experience working at a bank branch for a minimum of 5 years.
Serving as BM at the moment.
